At fourth element we work with some of the leading professionals in the dive industry; testing, advising and enjoying the fourth element experience. From technical divers to scientists, freedivers and conservationists, these individuals are at the forefront of exploration, discovering new techniques and pushing the boundaries of our underwater world.

Dr Alexander Mustard MBE, is marine biologist, underwater photographer and author. He is a proud generalist underwater image-maker, enjoying equally photographing blue whales at the equator, nudibranchs in the Arctic, recording shipwrecks and people in the sea.

Alex is a full-time underwater and wildlife photographer,who takes most of his photographs whilst freediving. He is now based on Ningaloo Reef, Australia pursuing his dream.

Avid scuba diver and ocean enthusiast, Amanda is an award-winning photographer whose images embrace the beauty below the waves. She is a member of The Explorers Club and was inducted into the Women Divers Hall of Fame in 2015.

Underwater explorer, filmmaker, TV presenter and stuntman. From deep exploratory cave diving to freediving with sharks, filming inside icebergs to piloting the Exosuit for children’s TV. Diving will always be an adventure.

Member of the Explorers Club and Wreck Junkie Aron Arngrimsson runs the motley dive crew, The Dirty Dozen. You can find Aron in the world’s most remote dive destinations.

A fellow of the Explorer’s club, and best known for his deep dives, his work in the diving medicine and cave explorations. Ben was part of the initial cave rescue team in Northern Thailand, for which he was decorated.

Brett is the Deputy Chief and photographer with the National Park Service (NPS) Submerged Resources Center, providing protection, preservation and underwater access to some of the most captivating national parks in the US.

One of Korea’s most active PADI Course Directors and multi award winning underwater photographers. His creative images have been published worldwide in diving publications and his distinctive style has led to a worldwide following.

Chi is a TDI and PADI technical and rebreather diving instructor originally from the UK, and is currently running a technical diving facility in Bunaken National Park, Indonesia.

Freelance wildlife and BBC documentary cameraman who films both topside and underwate, with a string of high profile award winning films and series including The Blue Planet and Planet Earth.

Having combined archaeological, commercial, and technical diving for over a decade today Matt’s passion sees him working to protect marine ecosystems threatened by polluting shipwrecks.

Underwater & wildlife photographer, Fellow Explorer, ocean advocate, WDHoF member, UN WOD curator, storyteller, loving the silence of caves and being the change she wants to see!

Founding member of Team Blue Immersion and of Hydronauts Diving, a rec and technical diving school in Thailand, Erik was one of the team of divers assisting in the rescue of 13 children trapped in a Thai cave in 2018.

A world class diver, passionate explorer, and perpetual imaginer, Evan has participated and led expeditions to survey and film wrecks, caves, and archaeological sites across the world.

Renowned technical diver and technical instructor trainer, “The Wookie” loves imparting his infectious passion for diving while travelling the world, spreading a bit of inspiration.

Co-founder of Living Oceans in Singapore, Gideon has been certified with PADI, TDI, DAN and GUE. He is now particularly interested in bringing diver education to new heights and is excited about introducing the philosophy of GUE diving to those who are interested.

Fellow of the International Scuba Diving Hall of Fame, Jill Heinerth is an underwater cave explorer, bestselling author, photographer, speaker, and filmmaker.

Former recipient of the OWUSS Rolex Diving Scholarship, Joe is an award-winning filmaker and underwater cameraman. He worked on the BBC Blue Planet II series and is involved in new projects to document unseen underwater behaviours.

Award-winning photographer, drone cameraman and underwater cinematographer, with speciality ranges from filming the smallest undersea creatures, such as larvae, to the largest creature on earth, the blue whale.

Linden Wolbert is a real life mermaid – or as close as it gets. A professional model, freediver, freediving judge and advocate of the oceans, Linden has always felt most comfortable and happy in the water and her career has taken her all over the globe.

Maria has been a professional diver for 17 years. She is a multi-stage tec sidemount diver and is certified to teach on mulitple CCR units. She has participated in and executed several wreck and cave expeditions around the world.

Pascal is a GUE trained technical diver with a strong preference for wreck diving. In 2012 he founded the Ghost Fishing Foundation which initiates, supports and promotes lost fishing gear removal initiatives.

The first to dive many NZ deep wrecks, Pete is one of the Southern Hemispheres most experienced Technical Diving Instructors and is dedicated to leading expeditions to wreck diving meccas!

Driven by a passion for the exploration of Caves, Phil is a Fellow of both the Royal Geographical Society and the Explorers Club.

Philip Christoff is a technical and recreational TDI and SSI diving instructor at Manta Dive on Gili Trawangan in Indonesia. His passion is to bring technical diving to a younger, more diverse audience.

Rannva is from the Faroe Islands and seeks to inspire more people to pursue the magic of diving. She is a SDI, TDI and PADI Instructor, full CCR Cave Diver and member of the Explorers Club.

Originally starting his diving career as a tech and cave instructor, Rich now works as an underwater camera operator and photographer for the TV and Film industry. Despite having been diving since 1995 he still finds the urge to throw himself in the water as often as possible, and always with a camera in hand, even on his days off.

Sabine Kerkau is a technical wreck and mine diver, writer and photographer. She has dived on several hundred wrecks. She is part of the founding team of the Baltic Sea Heritage Rescue Project in Lithuania, which is committed to ghost net salvage, and wreck search, identification, and protection.

An award-winning underwater photographer, university lecturer, travel journalist, popular speaker and editorial consultant for Diver magazine. Saeed has an infectious passion for the sea which he shares with those around him.

Scuba Sarah is a French-Canadian Dive instructor on a mission. Passionate about marine life and travel, she dived all seven continents to raise awareness of ocean conservation in a positive way.

Underwater photographer and journalist, who's career has spanned 3 decades. Steve's award-winning work has included colossal battleship wrecks and sub-zero encounters with Apex polar predators.

Loves to explore the deep walls in Cayman, looking for sharks and Rays. The sheer drop down to 100m is exhilarating!

A violinist with the Singapore Symphony Orchestra, William travels extensively between concert seasons throughout the Pacific region giving talks and photographing marine life for scientific institutions, tourism organizations and dive magazines.
