Fourth Element use the third-party service from Google called Google Analytics. This service is designed to track your journey through our website anonymously. Fourth Element does not store personal information in GA as this will break their terms of service; nor will Fourth Element send anonymised IP address information, which, further restricts the information GA receives.

Fourth Element use an online interface to view the collected data and where appropriate will produce reports in conjunction with our marketing and communication workstreams. GA usage also means Fourth Element can make improvements to the business and how Fourth Element operate their various services.

Fourth Element Website Orders

When you place an order on the Fourth Element website, Fourth Element will collect the relevant information from you in order to fulfil the order. This information is retained on the website and order data will be transferred into Fourth Elements’ Accounting software. If you opt into receiving communications from Fourth Element, then a sub-set of your data will be submitted to Fourth Elements’ third-party Communications tool.

No order information is submitted to any third-party company or partner of Fourth Element.


One of the ways in which we promote our products is via the use of a Tell a Friend service. This service assumes you have the authorisation of the recipient to complete a simple form that allows you to enter their email address and a small message to accompany the email. The email address is only used for this functionality. The email address is not stored nor used for any other purposes other than to send a email with product details within.

Location Services
