Plymouth Diving Centre is a PADI 5 Star IDC Dive Resort and is located in Queen Anne's Battery Marina.
The centre specialises in training including technical dive training with IANTD. However, what stands out here is the access to great dive sites from 7m to 70m+. The diving here is world class, whether it is on the Scylla, a purpose-sunk wreck, especially for divers, or the James Eagan Layne, one of the best UK wreck dives.

James Eagan Layne Wreck
For those who are not familiar with the The SS James Eagan Layne, it was a liberty ship sunk during the Second World War just off the coast of Plymouth. The wreck of the has been a popular dive site for many years and is situated next to the purposely sunk artificial reef of HMS Scylla.
The James Eagan Layne sits in 24m of water with much of the structure still intact and covered in a variatey of marine growth.
