Diving Socks - Thermal Protection for Your Feet
Protect the extremities. That’s what one of the famous explorers said, and it's true that if your feet get cold on a dive, concentration can waver and an otherwise fantastic dive can be marred by discomfort. From Finsocks, designed to alleviate the rubbing from a full foot fin or keep the feet a bit warmer and comfortable in neoprene boots, to the Hotfoot and Hotfoot Pro, a drysuit sock with a water resistant outer layer, there is always a fourth element solution to keeping the feet warm.
Hotfoot Drysuit Socks
A double layer of high insulation materials ensure that Hotfoot socks provide maximum thermal protection for the feet – one of the first parts of the body to feel the cold during a dive. High density fleece combined with water resistant outer fabric creates a comfortable, dry and warm microclimate for the feet. Designed to fit the feet, these socks will stay on when taking off your drysuit, unlike some other drysuit socks.
Hotfoot Pro Drysuit Socks
With three layers of insulating fleece protecting the soles of your feet from the cold ground or boat deck, and a water resistant outer layer extending to mid calf, these are the warmest socks in our range.
Arctic Drysuit Socks
The Arctic drysuit undersuit is complemented by the Arctic socks, which completes the thermal protection system, offering low bulk thermal protection to the extremities. The two layer construction is warm and comfortable, and the inner liner can be pulled out from the outer liner to speed drying times.
Finsock Wetsuit Socks
Comfortable lining socks for full foot fins and neoprene boots. Constructed using flat lock stitching and fleece lined fabric, Finsocks minimize abrasion from full foot fins and allergic reaction to neoprene boots whilst eliminating the risk of sores or blisters from rubbing. Worn underneath neoprene boots, Finsocks help to keep the feet a little warmer and assist with the donning of a wetsuit by providing a low friction contact between the feet and the inside of the wetsuit. They are also ideal for children and young adults whose feet are still growing as they can help a pair of fins which are a little too large fit better and last longer.
Xerotherm Drysuit Socks
Xerotherm Socks provide excellent thermal protection and comfort. Constructed using flat locked stitching and single layer high wicking fleece fabric, they protect the extremities and complement the Xerotherm undersuit range. They are low bulk and can be worn under other thermal socks without preventing making drysuit boots too tight or uncomfortable
These are a fantastic alternative to neoprene socks. With flat lock stitching and fleece lined fabric, they are ideal under neoprene boots. Thermocline socks help to keep the feet warmer and assist with the donning of a wetsuit by providing a low friction contact between the feet and the inside of the wetsuit.
